Cartoon cars are usually drawn with exaggerated features. Usually the tires are larger, the headlights are animated or larger and the people driving them look like they don't fit.
We'll start with some work by Dave "The Big Deal" Deal. He worked as an artist for Cartoons Magazine and had designed many of the cars for the Pixar movie Cars. He also illustrated the catalog for Viva Broncos back in the early 70's.

As a member of the Bronco Horde, Tom supplied the artwork for most, if not all, the SOB Bronco gatherings
For years Tom has produced a Classic Bronco Christmas Card, both digital and in print
I am not positive, but I think these next two uncredited works were done by Tom, the first one is for BC Broncos
These next ones were done by a company that takes a photo you upload and provides a caricature of your rig. These particular ones were posted to the ClassicBronco forum.
